Host seller terms

By publishing your mini store, you accept these seller terms. You are the seller of record for every item and service you offer. Your guest contracts with you. bnbutils provides hosting and order-request tools and does not process or hold guest payments.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate descriptions and prices, lawful offers, fulfillment, product safety, required licenses, taxes, refunds, cancellations and resolving guest complaints. Give guests clear payment, delivery and refund information. Do not offer unlawful goods or services or use guest contact details for unsolicited marketing.

Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Altamira Systems LLC and its members, officers and agents from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your store, products, services or breach of these terms. This does not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Guest information

Use order information only to fulfill the order, provide transactional updates and meet your legal obligations. Protect it against unauthorized access. The privacy policy describes the information bnbutils stores and its retention schedule.

Changes and removal

We may disable stores that violate these terms. A new version requires your acceptance before publishing or saving published store settings. An already published store remains visible while you review the update; you can still unpublish it and manage existing orders. The general terms also apply.
