Method

What the result means

Core formula

card = address + emergency number + the locations and notes you typed
  • You type the property address and the local emergency number. The number field starts empty. This page does not look up a number, a hospital, or a map, and it does not fill one in.
  • Nearest hospital, host contact, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, gas, water, and electric shutoffs, exits, and notes are printed only when you fill them in. The page does not draft those lines.
  • Choose US Letter or A4. The preview is the text the browser prints. For a PDF, open Print and choose Save as PDF. Set margins to none, scale to 100 percent, and turn headers and footers off.
  • Download PNG draws the same words in this browser at 300 pixels per inch. No file is uploaded, and the form is not sent to a server.
  • The card is your wording. It is not medical, fire, or legal advice, and it does not claim to satisfy a local rule. Confirm the number, the hospital, and the locations before you post it.

These are planning estimates, not financial, tax, legal, or market advice. Test conservative scenarios and verify important assumptions independently.
