The words are yours. This book is not legal, safety, or medical advice, and it does not claim to satisfy a local rule. Confirm the details before you leave it for a guest. It does not suggest places, and it does not look up an emergency number. What to put on your Airbnb Wi-Fi sign and guest welcome info is the checklist for the network, the house rules already on the listing, and local notes you have checked. The Wi-Fi card generator prints the same connection text on its own card.

Welcome book not ready. Enter a property name. Sections you leave blank stay off the page.

Welcome book

Enter a property name to preview the book. Sections stay empty until you type them.

These words are the host's. This book is not legal, safety, medical, or tax advice, and it does not claim to satisfy a local rule. Confirm the details before you leave it for a guest.

Preview is scaled to the screen. Print uses the full 8.5 × 11 in pages. In the print dialog, set margins to none, scale to 100%, and turn headers and footers off. Choose Save as PDF there for a PDF. The PNG stacks every page in one image, drawn in this browser at 300 pixels per inch.

What to put on your Airbnb Wi-Fi sign and guest welcome info covers the network name, the password, the QR code, check-in, a pointer to the house rules already on the listing, emergency contacts, and local notes you have checked. What to put in an Airbnb welcome book separates the house manual, the public guidebook, and this printed copy, including what to leave out. How to write Airbnb check-in and checkout instructions covers the door, when guests see the detailed instructions, and checkout tasks. The book on this page is still the words you type. The Wi-Fi card generator prints the same connection text on a tent card or a sign. The house rules generator and the emergency card generator print those details on their own pages.

Method

What the result means

Core formula

book = property name + the sections you left on and filled in
  • You type a property name. That is the only required field. Each section starts turned on and empty. Turn one off, or leave it blank, and it stays out of the book.
  • The sections are a welcome note, arrival, Wi-Fi, parking, house rules, appliances, the kitchen, trash and recycling, local notes, emergency contacts, checkout, and other notes. Arrival can include an address, check-in and check-out times, and check-in steps. The page does not write any of it for you.
  • Wi-Fi is optional. A blank network name leaves it out. The QR code, when you include it, uses the same connection text as the Wi-Fi card. An open network says there is no password. The code contains the password as readable text.
  • Local notes and the emergency number are only what you type. The page does not suggest a place, a business, or a neighborhood, and it does not fill in an emergency number.
  • Choose US Letter or A4. The preview is the text the browser prints, across as many pages as the sections need. For a PDF, open Print and choose Save as PDF. Set margins to none, scale to 100 percent, and turn headers and footers off.
  • Download PNG draws the same pages in this browser at 300 pixels per inch, stacked in one image. No file is uploaded, and the form is not sent to a server.
  • The book is your wording. It is not legal, safety, or medical advice, and it does not claim to satisfy a local rule. Confirm the details before you leave it for a guest.

Planning estimate. These figures are not financial, tax, legal, or market advice. Test a conservative scenario and verify important assumptions yourself.

Questions

Before you use the result

Does bnbutils keep a copy of my welcome book?

No. The preview, the print file, and the PNG are created in your browser. The text, the address, and the Wi-Fi password are not stored on this site, in the browser, or in the page address.

How do I save a PDF of the welcome book?

Choose Print book, then choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog. The PDF is created on your device. Set margins to none, scale to 100 percent, and turn headers and footers off so each page stays on its own sheet.

Can I leave a section out?

Yes. Uncheck the section, or leave its fields blank. A turned-off section is omitted even if you typed something in it. A blank field is omitted too. The property name is the only line the book requires.

Will the page suggest local places or an emergency number?

No. Local notes are places you type. The emergency number starts empty, and the placeholder is a reminder to use a number you confirmed for the address. The page does not look up either one.

Does the QR code hide the Wi-Fi password?

No. The code contains the network name and password as readable text, the same way the Wi-Fi card does. The book also prints the name and password beside the code. Keep the page inside the home.
